Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of part-time pool attendant at our esteemed resort.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere in all recreational activities and areas, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for guests.

  • Promote a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.
  • Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Obtaining required number of towels from Laundry based on expected daily needs, transporting to work area (fitness center, locker room, pool, tennis court), and folding and stacking according to company procedures.
  • Cleaning the pool deck.
  • Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.

Requirements include:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Familiarity with safety and security policies and procedures.
