Pool and Gym Attendant

We are seeking a dynamic Recreation Pool and Gym Attendant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who wants to provide exceptional customer service in a luxurious pool and gym environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in communication, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. They will also have experience working with customers, possess excellent time management skills, and be available to work flexible shifts.

  • Meet and greet guests while ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Monitor the pool area at all times and maintain a safe environment.
  • Retail duties including selling merchandise.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the pool and gymnasium areas.
  • Answer telephone queries and oversee the reception area.
  • Assist with food and beverage services.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First Aid Level 2 Certificate (highly desirable).
  • Life Saving Victoria Pool Lifeguard Accreditation (highly desirable).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Previous experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Experience within a Recreational Facility or Leisure centre is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:

As a Pool and Gym Attendant, you will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills.
