Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Business Support Coordinator. This is a pivotal support position within our Investigations and Compliance Unit, designed to streamline decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

This person will ensure that referrals and cases are assessed consistently, transparently, and in line with our risk-based frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Panel Coordination: Manage the Triage and N.F.A. (No Further Action) panels, ensuring timely dissemination of materials and consistent decision-making.
  • Referral Management: Receive and prepare incoming case referrals.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records of panel decisions and ensure everything is logged in case management systems.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Escalation: Flag high-risk or complex matters to the Director of Investigations.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, document management, and internal / external meeting coordination.
