Job Overview

The Senior People and Wellbeing Business Partner operates within assigned client groups, comprising Colleges and Institutes. They are responsible for deeply understanding stakeholders and driving solutions that blend institutional realities with people orientation.

As a trusted advisor to people leaders and managers, the Senior Business Partner will work to shape a people-centred culture and deliver a breadth of people initiatives with both transformational and operational impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating as a strategic partner to drive business outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Developing and implementing tailored solutions to address the unique needs of each client group.
  • Providing guidance and support to senior leaders and management teams on people-related matters.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization.
