Established in 1987, we are one of the largest individual suppliers of travel medicine services in Australia. Our dedicated clinics offer a consistent high quality service in international health and travel medicine.

About The Role

We seek an experienced Practice Manager with a strong healthcare background to lead our clinic on a Full-Time basis. You will play a critical role in growing the clinic and managing its day-to-day operations.

Duties

You will report directly to the Business Manager and be responsible for:

  • The overall management of the practice, ensuring it operates smoothly on a daily basis
  • Coordinating / liaising with doctors
  • Monitoring accounts, budgets and finance management as well as information technology
  • Human resources; training, mentoring and management of administration and nursing staff
  • Providing a high level of assistance and communication to patients
  • Business Development and promotion of the clinic focusing on Occupational Health services

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Good computer skills
  • A strong commitment to customer service
