Delivering Strategic Tax Advisory Services

Job Overview

This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking and the ability to advise high-profile clients on tax matters.


The successful candidate will have experience in corporate tax and be able to lead teams, provide expert advice, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.


The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the preparation and review of technical tax advice, reports, and client-facing documents.
  • Overseeing the execution of tax strategies and structuring solutions.
  • Providing expert advice on M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and reviewing sale & purchase agreements.
  • Managing corporate tax compliance, including overseeing the preparation and review of income tax returns.
  • Identifying potential risks and ensuring adherence to both global and local quality control and risk management processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of leadership experience in Corporate Tax.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, or a law degree with a tertiary qualification in Tax.
