Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced and talented Designer/Art Director to join our Creative and Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and developing creative assets that bring our brand to life across all traditional and digital media.
Your primary objective will be to ensure superior creative execution and delivery in line with our brand guidelines. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement creative strategies that drive business results and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and create creative assets, including print and digital marketing materials, social media content, and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with our Creative Service team members and stakeholders to ensure knowledge of project requirements and implement creative execution.
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions to generate design and positioning ideas.
- Art direct for campaigns and photography, and attend shoots as required.
- Ensure all output is produced to supplier specifications and meets our brand guidelines.
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing studio or advertising agency production environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in support of a team with diverse backgrounds, experience, and skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Animate).
