Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Director - Brand Strategy to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of industry experience in a senior Art Director or entry-level Creative Director role, with a proven track record of leading creative teams and managing large-scale campaigns.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and strategic thinking. As the Senior Creative Director - Brand Strategy, you will be responsible for leading and managing the internal creative studio, developing and implementing brand strategy, and overseeing the development of campaign collateral.
You will work closely with the marketing team and external creative agency partners to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and ability to manage multiple timelines will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the internal creative studio to develop and implement brand strategy
- Oversee the development of campaign collateral, including photography, copy, and production briefs
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
- Manage multiple timelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible hybrid work arrangements, access to professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
