Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of retail professionals.

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, including supervising staff, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all sales targets are met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store, including stock management and inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Ensure that all sales targets are met and that the store is profitable
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and visual displays
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field
