About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional food service in our remote village environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a smooth and profitable kitchen operation, ensuring high-quality food delivery to our guests.
- Collaborate closely with Village Managers to develop and implement effective menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies.

- Minimum 5 years' cumulative chef experience, preferably in a large hotel or remote village environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in ordering, storing, preparing, and delivering food service to meet high standards.
- Strong track record of managing bulk/batch cooking environments, including profit and wastage reporting.
- Solid client relationship management and support skills.
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade certificate.
- Applied knowledge of HACCP principles in a bulk cooking environment.
- Ability to create service schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Knowledge of relevant kitchen chemicals, including their application and storage.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Budgetary and analytical skills.
