Job Opportunity

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through first-line support to our valued customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish rapport with customers by providing guidance and advice throughout the onboarding process
  • Validate online questionnaires with meticulous attention to detail and reference to established procedures
  • Accurately log and update customer records on the status of their questionnaires
  • Process fee payments for new and renewing customers in a timely manner
  • Develop proficiency in using the validation process within our business system
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes
  • Participate actively in team meetings to share knowledge and communicate effectively
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal targets and objectives
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior management as needed
Front Line Customer Service:
  • Maintain high levels of productivity when making outbound calls to supplier customers to discuss benefits, assist with registration, and facilitate subscription renewal
  • Log and maintain accurate records of customer contact, activity, and call outcomes in our CRM system
  • Provide clear and concise information to supplier customers regarding our services and processes involved in completing an online questionnaire
  • Offer first-line support for various customer inquiries, including IT and procedural issues, concerns, complaints, updates on questionnaire applications, and process status
  • Communicate with supplier customers regarding subscription fees and payment options
