At Lives Lived Well, we've been treating and supporting people whose lives are affected by alcohol and other drugs for over 50 years. We also support people with mental health and gambling concerns and those transitioning from correctional centres. We're growing fast and building a reputation as a trusted, innovative provider, focused on clinical excellence.

We're looking for an experienced Coach to join our team in Warwick. As a Coach, you will be responsible for generating referrals and maintaining existing relationships with our stakeholders to secure continued referrals into the NewAccess program.

The NewAccess program is a low intensity structured psychological early intervention program designed to provide easily accessible, free, and quality services for people with mild to moderate mental health presentations. Our team delivers Low Intensity Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (LiCBT) via a structured model that our Coaches follow.

Some local travel during work hours will be part of this position. You'll have access to our fleet vehicles, making it easy to get around. We value autonomy and flexibility in our roles, so you can expect to have some freedom to manage your workload.

You'll be working closely with clients, their families, and other service providers to deliver holistic support and connect them with community resources. Your empathetic and supportive approach will make a real difference in the lives of those you work with.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Diploma level qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Community Services or other related field
  • Proven enthusiasm in working in the mental health industry and the ability to learn and deliver mental health intervention programs
  • Demonstrated understanding or the ability to acquire knowledge of mental health conditions and the mental health sector
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • High level of engagement and communication skills, in person and over the phone
