As a key member of our team, you will conduct thorough inspections in the Eastern and Western suburbs of Melbourne as a Registered Residential Builder with VBA qualifications.

The role involves conducting inspections including:

  • Pre-purchase Building & Timber Pest Inspections
  • Building Defect Inspections
  • Independent Construction Stage Inspections on behalf of clients
  • Asset Condition/Lifecycle Inspections

To be successful in this position, you will require a minimum of 10 years' experience in the building/construction industry. Additionally, registration as a Builder, Inspector, or Surveyor, along with sound industry knowledge, is essential.

The ideal candidate has completed a Pest/Termite Certificate with Units 8 & 10 and has excellent knowledge of Termite & Timber Pests (alternatively, they must be willing to complete this within their first year).
