Gatehouse Personnel Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Gatehouse Personnel. As a key member of our vehicle yard team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of cars within the lot, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining the highest level of security protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the movement of cars within the lot, including those for resale and return to the seller.
- Provide customer support during car collection, ensuring a seamless process.
- Troubleshoot car issues as required.
- Verify that all relevant documents, including zero balance invoices, are complete before releasing cars.
- Check and match barcodes, locations of service books, and other required documentation.
- Assist with key management, ensuring they are correctly placed.
- Provide additional support to the business leaders as required.
- Oversee the entry and exit process of cars from the site, verifying all necessary documents and items, and collecting the vest and barcode.
- Valid Manual Driving License.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (at least 1 year).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to read and understand invoices and other documents.
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol tests.
