Career Opportunities: Lead Allied Health Professional

We are seeking a seasoned allied health professional to lead a team of occupational therapists and/or speech pathologists in providing high-quality clinical services.
About the Role:- This is a key role in our multidisciplinary team where you will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload, providing therapeutic services to NDIS participants, and developing treatment plans using clinical observations, standardized assessments, and evidence-based interventions.
- You will be expected to mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in the local community by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist or SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
- Leadership capability to meet key responsibilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.
