Role Overview

As a key member of our Corporate Operations Group Technology division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage risk, regulatory, and compliance obligations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and implement delivery roadmaps, leveraging your expertise in project planning and delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to consult and gather input on delivery initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and risk management colleagues to drive project success.
  • Implement SaaS and 3rd party cloud solutions in an enterprise setting, managing suppliers and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management within the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 6+ years as a Tech Agile Delivery Lead, Technology Iteration Manager, or IT Project Management specialist.
  • Customer obsession and a product mindset to create a world-class experience for our people and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and commercial mindset.
  • Experience in forecasting and planning at the project level to remediate risks and dependencies of delivery.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Super user skills on Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
