Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

This role presents a chance to excel as a leader in IT infrastructure, driving business outcomes through strategic planning and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and mentor technical experts to deliver high-quality infrastructure services
  • Oversee core infrastructure services including storage, compute, virtualization, Windows, Citrix, Identity Management, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Provide oversight for incident and problem management, serving as an escalation point for critical incidents
  • Develop tactical plans aligned with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align services with business needs and SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal risk governance
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, technical capacity forecasting, and continuous service improvement

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years in technical support with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong technical expertise in infrastructure platforms and services
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in complex environments
  • Experience with ITIL practices and service management frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and internal stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment is highly regarded
