The Royal Sydney Golf Club is a world-renowned institution, boasting two golf courses, tennis courts, bowling greens and more. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional member experiences.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Reception team and ensure seamless delivery of member services. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of excellence, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional member service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide up-to-date information on events and activities.
  • Organise bookings, confirm accommodation requests and perform check-ins and check-outs.
  • Assist with purchases, resolve complaints and conflicts, and promote our retail initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, motivation and direction to the Reception team.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar styled club or hotel.
  • A natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in rostering and payroll management.
  • Flexibility with availability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
