This leadership role focuses on developing and implementing sophisticated pricing frameworks that drive long-term growth while balancing profitability and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic direction for retail pricing strategy and governance across all brands and channels.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies integrated with commercial objectives, adapting to market dynamics.
  • Lead pricing innovation through a test-and-learn approach, driving scalable insights and continuous optimization.
  • Monitor market, customer, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Champion customer, channel, and location segmentation for precision pricing.
  • Ensure pricing compliance and ethical standards.
  • Evolve price beat strategies leveraging insights for market leadership.
  • Develop enterprise pricing analytics for actionable insights across business units.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue management/pricing strategy with a proven track record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • Proven strategy development and implementation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
