We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of a portfolio of large SME and mid-market clients
  • Maintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiatives
  • Facilitating the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and processing
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
  • Maintaining industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
Requirements:
  • Experience with large SME risks and mid-market risks, including understanding of ISR policies
  • Risk identification and management capabilities for a variety of industries
  • Understanding of the full general insurance product suite
  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
