Job Title: Visionary Creative Lead

Overview

As a visionary creative lead, you will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions that elevate our brand and shape the market.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in managing distributed teams and collaborating across time zones. You will oversee flagship work, ensuring high-quality output and aligning standards across global assets for local relevance.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership, with a proven portfolio in B2B environments. A deep understanding of Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma/AdobeXD, motion/video suites, and GenAI toolchains is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Translate complex business challenges into cohesive creative narratives.
  • Steer flagship work to model quality and act as the regional creative leader.
  • Champion creative multidisciplinary ways of working for agile delivery and refine briefing, resourcing, and QA processes.

Requirements
  • 8–10 years in creative leadership across agency, in-house, or consultancy environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributed creative teams and collaborating across time zones.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma/AdobeXD, motion/video suites, and GenAI toolchains.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
