Orthodontic Practice Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our team in Caroline Springs, Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the practice team to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on operational efficiency, human resources, team engagement, customer service, strategy implementation, and financial management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in change management and office administration.
