About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams and drive the development of our product and platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple software engineering teams to deliver complex engineering initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality products
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Manage technical debt and ensure the scalability, maintainability, and performance of our web applications

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple software engineering teams and delivering complex engineering initiatives
  • Strong technical background, preferably in Java-based technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Product company experience with an understanding of Agile development methodologies
  • Computer science education or equivalent experience
