Nurse Practitioner - Brain Injury Rehabilitation

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, providing expert care to patients with complex brain injuries.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Practice: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with brain injuries, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Education and Training: Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the unit.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Clinical Experience: Proven experience working in rehabilitation or acute care environments, with a strong understanding of brain injury management.
  • Qualifications: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
