Our organization is currently seeking a skilled Casual Retail Security Officer who can provide top-notch customer service skills and be passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position will commence ASAP and is based at Green Hills Shopping Centre.

You will be responsible for providing security services at Green Hills Shopping Centre, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests, and visitors. Services include building key tenant relationships, managing access, responding to client requests, ensuring site safety and security, managing emergency situations, and demonstrating proactive security awareness.

Role Requirements:

  • Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • Provide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is preferred
  • Must be Reliable and willing to work on a rotation roster, either day, afternoon, or late evenings
  • Must have driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed, and corporate-appropriate
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
