The Role:

As a Casual Retail Security Officer, you will provide security services at a shopping centre, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building key tenant relationships and managing access control
  • Responding to client requests and ensuring site safety and security
  • Managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness

Key Requirements:

To succeed, you must demonstrate:

  • A current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable
  • A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security (preferred)
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Availability to work shifts up to 12 hours across 7 days/nights
