- Client Satisfaction: You will work to improve client satisfaction through initiatives such as regular feedback and performance monitoring.
- Account Management Experience: You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer relations, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- IT Technical Background: You will have a strong IT technical background, with experience in networking and a good understanding of technical concepts.
- Trading/Financial Domain Experience: You will have experience working in the trading/financial domain, with a good understanding of the industry and its technical requirements.
- Relationship Building: You will have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Incident Management: You will have experience in incident management, with a good understanding of technical issue resolution.
