Leadership Opportunity:
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Home Assessing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, coaching and developing the skills of their team members to ensure they have the knowledge and abilities needed to deliver exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team of professionals in the Home Assessing department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure effective delivery of services.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the Home Assessing or Building Repair industry.
Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Qualifications: Strong commercial acumen, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
