Front of House Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our cafe team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff with a proven track record of success in managing staff teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and barista skills.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience supervising staff, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and styles.
  • The ability to work across 7 days, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Basic mathematical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
