Lead Early Childhood Educator

The role involves working closely with the director of service to deliver a world-class experience for children.
This position requires a skilled professional who is passionate about early childhood education, has loads of energy, and can create engaging experiences for kids.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in their care, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, interacting with parents, engaging with the school community, and playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for working with kids
- Loads of energy and a willingness to have fun
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is ideal but not essential - we can train you
