This is a chance to join our team as a Senior Contracts Administrator. As a key member, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-end luxury retirement living projects. Your expertise in design, value engineering, planning and procurement will drive project setup, execution and closeout ensuring quality, compliance and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving Class 2 projects with a strong background in procurement, cost reporting and subcontract management. You must be able to support the project team from site or office and engage in tough conversations while maintaining a respectful approach.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who can discuss relevant projects confidentially and has the potential to step up to a Contracts Manager role within two years.
