We are looking for a Part-time Dental Assistant/Receptionist who is passionate, dedicated and customer centric, interested in working 3 Days a week. The ideal candidate will have Dental Experience and be able to thrive in a supportive work environment. The Heart of the Role:

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
  2. Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  3. Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
  4. Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
  5. Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
  6. Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Dental Assisting is essential
  3. Passionate about customer service and patient care
  4. Organised with attention to detail
  5. A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
  6. Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
