Job Title

We are looking for a dedicated Venue Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service standards and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Maintaining high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Inspiring a positive team culture that values quality, consistency, and mutual respect
  • Developing and implementing effective workplace systems for improved efficiency and service delivery

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in venue or cafe management with a strong track record of success
  • A genuine passion for team culture and people leadership
  • Ability to enforce and follow established policies and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A drive to continuously improve systems, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Specialty coffee knowledge and experience highly regarded

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing Front-of-House (FOH) team
  • Managing service standards and daily operations
  • Controlling costs and maintaining budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures across the team
  • Supporting training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Fostering a positive team environment, encouraging open communication, and a high-energy vibe
  • Contributing to sales performance and customer satisfaction
