Job Title: Outsourcing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic team member to join our business unit. The role will be recruited at either Manager or Senior Manager grade, subject to the level of prior experience.

The successful candidate will need to be equally effective in working both as part of a team and alone, within our office or at client sites. Regular travel to client sites and to our Ipswich location will be required.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Client engagement: Review clients' processes to make recommendations for improvements.
    • Management accounting: Produce timely and accurate management accounts for clients.
    • Strategic reporting: Assist in developing a comprehensive strategic reporting pack to empower clients with data needed to make informed decisions.
    • Tax compliance: Produce and review tax returns for various clients in different industries.
    • Team leadership and development: Cultivate a high-performing team through effective leadership, training, support, and development.
    • System enhancement: Continuously assess and enhance finance systems and processes to support clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding performance in technical proficiency, leadership, communication, proactive learning and adaptability, and strategic insight.

Essential skills and experience include ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA qualification, prior experience in a similar position, high-level IT proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
