About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling enquiries, sourcing products, and managing stock levels.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a trade store or retail environment, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will be confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A growth-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service and handle enquiries

- Source products and manage stock levels

- Perform warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and stock put-aways

- Replenish stock and conduct regular stock takes

- Process purchases via cash, card, or account

- Maintain showroom displays and rotate stock

- Keep the counter and packing areas clean and organized

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset

- Confidence in using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Growth-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
