Role Location: ANZ Brisbane CBD
We're seeking a skilled Commercial Home and Investment Lending Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial segment, you'll play a critical role in supporting our mid-market clients in achieving their whole-of-wallet aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial bankers to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on consumer lending products and solutions to high-value clients with complex needs.
- Coach customers through each step of the journey, ensuring they achieve their financial wellbeing goals.
- Partner with other ANZ teams to provide a holistic approach to customer needs.
- Contribute to the growth of our Commercial portfolio by maximizing customer inflow and minimizing attrition.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous credit experience with deep product and market knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of developing relationships across teams.
- Excellent financial acumen and understanding of different lending structures.
- Embracing change and showing initiative in building long-term reciprocal relationships with stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
