Our landscape team is seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our dynamic team.
- Oversee a team of laborers, providing guidance and direction to achieve exceptional results.
- Tackle diverse landscaping tasks with confidence and precision, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate work schedules to ensure timely project completion and maintain a high level of quality.
- Provide valuable mentorship and training to team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Manage material calculations and orders effectively, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications highly preferred, with experience being essential for success in this role.
- A valid driver's license is required for the position, as reliable transportation is necessary for job success.
- Immediate start available for the right candidate, who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
