About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and energetic individual to lead our landscape maintenance team.
The Landscape Maintenance Team Leader will be responsible for managing a crew of up to 6 staff, scheduling weekly work, delegating tasks, liaising with clients and external stakeholders, ordering equipment and resources, communicating with the local community, and performing hands-on maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
- 3-5 years' experience within the landscape maintenance industry
- Personable and presentable
- Strong managerial and organisational skills
