As a key member of our National Development Group, we are seeking an experienced and skilled design professional to lead the development of architectural concepts for new restaurants and reinvestment projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement concept plans that align with operational standards and design specifications
  • Integrate relevant planning and construction codes, Australian Standards, and regulations into design concepts
  • Collaborate with external lead consultants to prepare and maintain national architectural and services drawings
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop architectural and interior design solutions for new and existing restaurants
  • Represent the company at council meetings to support positive planning and development outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable and scalable building solutions aligned with the company's environmental and sustainability goals
  • Analyse market cost data to inform value-driven design decisions

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in Architecture (registration with the board is preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the design of Class 6 buildings
  • Proficiency in National / State building codes & Australian Standards
  • Experience in quick service or retail design, with a focus on site planning and customer journey
  • Proficiency in design-related software specifically Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in the Adobe suite of programs, including Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator
