Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Southern Suburbs of Perth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing established trade customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings and regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company initiatives.
- Meet sales budgets through a combination of face-to-face and over-the-phone sales, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to customer sites as required.
- Develop a passion for all things automotive and Repco products, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An interest in the automotive industry and sales/account management experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A valid driver's license and a passion for all things automotive and Repco products.
