Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Results-Oriented Delivery Professional to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. In this role, you will work independently implementing the inspHire product suite via on-site or remote sessions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed within given timelines, escalating if slippage occurs. This includes managing multiple projects of varying scope and size simultaneously, full implementation life cycle of the inspHire product suite, training customers on-site and remotely, preparing project kick-off meetings, monitoring and reporting delivery activity, and managing/documenting/escalating delivery risks and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the inspHire product suite via on-site or remote sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size simultaneously.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within given timelines.
  • Train customers on-site and remotely as determined by the project scope.
  • Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.
  • Monitor and report delivery activity.
  • Manage and document delivery risks and issues.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Management/Implementation.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.
  • Great problem-solving ability.
  • A full driving license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery.
  • Experience in a PM role with good 'standalone' implementation experience.
  • Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • A forward-thinking and proactive nature.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
