Elderly Resident Support Specialist

As a Health Care Worker, you will be providing care and support to elderly residents in a regional setting.
This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care needs to residents
- Communicating any relevant clinical information in a timely manner
- Knowledge of, and ability to follow safe manual handling practices
- Assisting with showering/bathing, feeding and toileting of residents as required
- Completion of regulatory care plans and documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Holding a relevant qualification of Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Being team oriented, and able to work alone
- Having a high level of customer service
- Having excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Being flexible to the job's needs
