Elderly Support Specialist

We are seeking a professional to deliver exceptional care and support services to residents.
This role plays a pivotal part in implementing Infinite Care's welcome process, overseeing the execution of Additional Services/HELF programs, ensuring social and emotional support is provided to all residents, managing enquiries and liaising with customers and facilities, and serving as a primary liaison for residents and their families.
About You:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build effective relationships with residents and their families.
- You possess empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in supporting elderly individuals.
- Experience in responding to high-volume enquiries demonstrates your ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools supports your administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or relationship management showcases your transferable skills.
