Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to identify their needs and develop personalized strategies to overcome barriers to employment.
- Collaborate with local employers to promote disability awareness and support the employment of individuals with disabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Centrelink, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure seamless support for customers.
- Conduct associated administration and record-keeping to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and accreditation requirements.
- Promote Maxima Group's services to leverage relationships for repeat business.
- Demonstrate drive and compassion in working with customers to achieve employment goals.
- Have previous experience in a similar role, with current working knowledge of Employment Services and Job Ready Live (JRL).
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Effective intervention strategies to ensure sustainable employment.
- Demonstrable networks in the community services sector.
- Experience working one-to-one with individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.
- Knowledge of Disability Employment Services (DES) is desirable but not essential.
