Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Legal Operations Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne on a permanent fulltime basis.

The primary objective of this position is to design and deliver the Legal Operations function, including the design and execution of the Legal Operations Roadmap to optimize efficiency in legal services provision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior executives to develop and execute strategic plans and performance metrics.
  • Support the General Counsel in delivering the Legal Transformation initiative, including governance, process, and technology enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and metrics to measure progress against business plans and risk controls.
  • Drive the implementation and embedding of strategic priorities and annual objectives aligned to the organization's overall strategy.
  • Foster a positive and engaging culture through effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring.

Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in legal operations, project management, and change management, with a background in driving organizational change and developing process improvement initiatives.
