Customer Service Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to contribute to our vibrant coworking environment.

  • Proactive Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily requirements regarding space opening/closing, member needs, sales leads, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Space Team to facilitate event promotions and foster a community atmosphere.
  • Manage new member induction, onboarding/offboarding processes, and practices that align with organizational procedures.
  • Support other Team Members and Management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain the 'Daily Checklist' for your location during the day according to the guidelines.
  • Assist with projects and support Business Centre lead with projects when required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming all enquiries with hospitality and following current procedures.
  • Follow up on enquiries as directed from time to time.
  • Host and organize networking and community events.
  • Report and complete all maintenance requests internally and with building management.
  • Contribute to maintaining the centre in excellent condition with other Team Members.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a customer service capacity.
  • University Graduate preferred.
  • Strong self-awareness, moral values, empathy, passion, career aspirations, and positive living.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
