Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality first point of contact customer service to participants and stakeholders.

The role involves managing the front desk of a high-flow reception area, supporting staff with administration duties, answering phone calls, and directing traffic to appropriate services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to apply conflict resolution skills to diffuse situations. Strong administrative skills, including word processing, data entry, and filing, are also essential.

Additionally, the candidate must have demonstrated strong customer service skills, including telephone manner, and be able to accurately record and retrieve information using a database system.

NDIS Worker screening check or willingness to obtain one is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support and service to all customers of MatchWorks
  • Provide information on servicing arrangements based on specific program of service (DES or Workforce Australia)
  • Multitasking abilities to deal with customers face-to-face and on multiple incoming call lines
  • Ensure scheduling of participants is met and consultants are advised of arrival
  • Carry out general administration duties including completion of invoice processing through internal systems, postage services, scheduling appointments, stationery ordering, and making sure facilities are stocked and available for use
Required Skills and Qualifications
