Leading Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead our team and drive sales growth.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading high-performing teams, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of up to 15 members
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
- Liaise with stock allocators to optimize stock levels and maximize return on floor space
- Prepare and monitor sales reports, store rosters, and team compliance
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong ability to lead from the front and empower your team
- A customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
- Similar experience in a retail or hospitality role, though this is not essential – we value attitude over experience
