A day in the life...Lead by example, mentoring & inspiring your team on a daily basisCoach your team to achieve & develop their knowledge and skillsLead from the front, providing an exceptional customer experienceCreate strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your teamRecruit, onboard, and induct high calibre new Team MembersBe responsible for stock management, ensuring stock is maintained and accurate & the team are aware of stock integrity processesBe proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services we provideCreate a fun, supportive culture instore where your team loves coming to work every dayPro-actively support local marketing opportunities and sponsorshipsWhat we need...Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take that next step up in your retail management careerDemonstrated success in driving salesStrong leadership with ability to motivate and build a high performing team, with a positive cultureHigh degree of resilience & ability to priorities and manage conflicting prioritiesAbility to create a positive culture of safetyDemonstrated ability to achieve & exceed sales targetsEstablished business acumenAbility to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditionsHigh degree of interpersonal & communication skillsIf this sounds like you and you are ready to take the next step in your retail leadership career, apply online today
