We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated care team in New South Wales. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful rural setting, delivering high-quality person-centred care to older Australians.

About the Position

As an Enrolled Nurse with our organisation, you will be part of a close-knit team providing comprehensive nursing care that supports residents' wellbeing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering person-centred care that promotes the health and dignity of residents
  • Mentoring and guiding Care Assistants in daily care delivery
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
  • Working within your scope of practice, maintaining accountability for delegated care

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team, and contribute to care planning, documentation, and evaluation processes.

Your Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA
  • At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse
  • A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
